Receptionist Camping
Welcome to paradise! We are looking for enthusiastic and hospitable team members for the coming summer season from 17 May – 6 October 2024 at the Camping Reception at the foot of the majestic Eiger North Face. The unique location promises not only breathtaking views, but also an unforgettable working environment…
We are a fourth-generation family business and run a campsite and a chalet with 6 cosy flats. In addition to various products, our kiosk offers several seats where our regular and camping guests like to meet for a quick chat and a coffee. If you feel comfortable in the role of host and enjoy a lively exchange with our guests, then you’ve come to the right place.
Tasks:
- Warm welcome and care for guests
- Handling check-in and check-out
- Serving locals and tourists at the camping kiosk, including the sale of snacks, drinks and camping supplies
- Ensuring a clean and tidy kiosk area
- Providing tourist information and recommendations
Requirements:
- Friendly and service-orientated appearance
- Good communication skills in German and English
- Experience in customer service or the hotel industry is an advantage, but not essential
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure
- Initiative and willingness to actively tackle tasks
